Discovering that your child has fragile X can be a devastating experience.
We want families to have the opportunity of support from others and to have access
to information about the syndrome, so as to help children to reach their full potential.
The Fragile X Support Group is here to help parents, carers or relatives that have had family members or friends diagnosed with Fragile X Syndrome.
Did you know that Fragile X Syndrome (FXS) is the most common inherited cause of intellectual disability? It affects about 1 in 3600 males and 1 in 4000-6000 females.
